I like everything about the sketchbook, the size is perfect since you can easily fill the pages up without wasting it, it can take many different materials, I used watercolour on the first page only and that's the only 'wavy' page in the whole of sketchbook so I cannot say how it would be if you used watercolour often, perhaps it would turn out, in the end, thicker because of that. Either way, I have used markers, pens, highlighters, pencils, they all work well, it just depends on what brands etc you use, I have used 2 different brands of highlighters and one runs more easily through the paper through the other so I would be wary of that if it's bothersome, though I use this for doodles/mini pictures so I do not mind it.

I bought it as a little, portable sketchbook for when i travel. the quality of it is great and the size is exactly what i wanted. have only used biro on it so far, so not sure how the paper would react with water colour, for instance; however, i fully recommend it.
