these are smooth and easy to use - ok as gel pens. However, they are not metallic as they are meant to be - one or two have a faint metallic sheen; the rest are bog standard colours. Disappointing to say the least.

I'm really surprised by all the negative reviews! Metallic gel pens are my favorite and all that I color with these days. So finding a set of metallic pens only is really tough. Then I found these and I am so glad that I did! The colors are great and the ink flows really well. The metallic color looks really good on white and black paper. I have re-ordered these pens 4 times! I have only found one other set of metallic pens that I like as much as these. I would definitely gift these and I am about to order my fifth set. And not because the ink runs out too fast but because I use these all day, everyday!
